About Nigel
With a life-long career as a Sales and Marketing Professional, I have developed a reputation for being knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward in all of my dealings. Taking the time to truly understand our clients and establish a strong rapport is essential to us, as it sets the foundation for a successful partnership from the onset.
Together with my wife, Sheri, we thrive on our valued partnership to assist people with their residential real estate needs. We have a deep understanding of the emotional impacts of buying and/or selling a home which has enabled us to foster lasting relationships with many clients, who we now happily call our friends.
Having relocated to beautiful Oro-Medonte 20+ years ago, we instantly fell in love with the area and have immersed ourselves in all it has to offer. We especially enjoy our passion, playing golf, at the numerous courses in the area and are now proud members of the Braestone Club. We also enjoy the access to the extensive walking and hiking trails through the Simcoe and Copeland Forests and the easy accessibility to the snowmobile trails.
Over the last several years, we have been very fortunate in our real estate career to have been involved with Georgian International in the development of the Braestone Community from its inception. We have gained a valuable and vast amount of knowledge and understanding of new home construction. It has been a privilege over the years to have met the greatest people and to have had the opportunity to personally assist in designing their new homes.
